We are thrilled to announce our regular class schedule for the spring semester! As always, classes will take place in the multipurpose room of Berkeley College. YAY recently acquired new mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets, which we hope will help us reach a whole new crop of yogis this spring. We are planning to open up some additional classes later on in the semester, but, for now, here is our regular schedule:
Wednesday:
8:45-10:00 a.m. Community Ashtanga Practice with Nikhil
Thursday:
5:00-6:00 p.m. Power Yoga with Corinne
Friday:
5:30-6:30 p.m. Vinyasa Flow with Emma
