Align & Flow
Hatha+
Inspired by Hatha and Strala styles, this dynamic class
focuses on dancing in and out of poses instead of forcing bodies into them.
Progress comes with letting go and having a laugh. Poses won't be held as long
as in traditional Hatha or as firmly as in Vinyasa classes, instead flowing in
a smooth fashion that does not allow stress to accumulate or simply
redistribute, but chucks it right out the system. Playfully, we'll gain
flexibility, strength and focus.

challenging movements, but and are perfect for both beginner and advanced Yogis
alike. With an emphasis on proper alignment and core strength as well as the
use of meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques), Shambhava connects the
spiritual practice of Yoga to the physical movements of a Yoga class.
