Yogis at Yale is officially on break. No class tonight or the rest of the week, but we will be back on the mat next Monday!

Class Inside

With our surprise cold snap in mind, we have decided to hold Mila's class inside in the Slifka Center Chapel. 

Come warm up with some awesome flow!

Class Outside

Namaste! 

Mila's class will be outside on cross campus today.  Please wear long sleeves, as it is getting a bit chilly out, and bring your own mat or towel for today's practice.

With the gloomy weather bearing down on us, we are planning to hold our Sunday class inside in the Slifka Center Chapel.  Mila is out of town, so former YAY instructor James will be subbing.
