NEW Core Power Yoga Fitness Every Wednesday at 3 PM!

Namaste yogis!  

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome a new instructor, Sophie Miller, to the YAY team!  Check out Sophie's bio to learn more about her background.  

Sophie will be offering CORE POWER YOGA FITNESS every Wednesday from 3:00-4:00 PM in the Berkeley Multipurpose Room.  CORE POWER YOGA FITNESS aims to leave you in a sweat! This is a challenging class that provides a workout through intense vinyasa flow with a particular focus on engaging and strengthening the core. Guided by groovy tunes, core power yoga fitness will help you find mediation through movement and a cardio workout. All levels are welcome.

We hope to see you on the mat THIS WEDNESDAY for Sophie's first class!
