Join Yale SOM for an exclusive vinyasa yoga session taught by Guest Yoga Teacher Jade Byun! Jade is a certified yoga instructor from NYC. Her classes in NYC are usually $25+ per person, but she is offering Yale students this course free of charge!

Jade Byun is a 300 hour Jivamukti certified teacher based in New York City. She believes that especially with our busy modern lifestyles, a yoga practice keeps us centered and ready for peak performance. Also a well known club DJ accustomed to making people dance, her playlists make class an artful and uplifting experience. Her flowing vinyasa style and well rounded asana sequencing will engage every part of the body, mind, and spirit.
