Please note that tonight's candlelight yoga class at 10 PM is cancelled. The remainder of the schedule remains the same as per Emily's e-mail on 17 October. We look forward to seeing you on the mat, and I in particular look forward to meeting many of you at my Power Vinyasa class at 5pm tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteA friend recommended that I try the class and I'm excited to join but I'm not sure where the classes are being held. Will it be at Berkeley College? And should I bring my own mat?
All classes are held in Berkeley College's Multipurpose Room (located in the basement). When you walk into the BK dining hall, immediately turn right and head down one flight of stairs. If you own a mat, please bring it but know that there are mats available to use as well.
